Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Western Ghats Products, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

 

🔁 Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
     

  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
     

  • The customer initiated a return within 7 days of delivery.
     

  • The returned item is received in its original condition.
     

🏦 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD).
     

  • Expect credit within 5–10 business days after approval.
     

  • You will receive an email confirming the refund.
     

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

❗ Refunds Not Applicable If:

  • The item was used or tampered with.
     

  • The return was initiated after 7 days.
     

  • The product was marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
