🔁 Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

✅ Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

❌ After Dispatch:
Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued only under these conditions:

The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The customer initiated a return within 7 days of delivery.

The returned item is received in its original condition.
🏦 Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD).

Expect credit within 5–10 business days after approval.

You will receive an email confirming the refund.
Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
❗ Refunds Not Applicable If:

The item was used or tampered with.

The return was initiated after 7 days.

The product was marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
